Not able to port forward

when I use 192.168.0.1 I get this 

When I go to the site it tells me to go to I do not see my device in the list.

    I'm having the same issue. Since Cox upgraded my router firmware I cannot port forward for my ip cameras. I was able to set the port forwarding using the Panoramic App on four out of the five ips I'm using. However they don't work. Called tech support and three out of the four "techs" didn't even know what I was talking about. The last one I spoke to knew of port forwarding, but said he still couldn't help me.

    You can try to port forward using the Panoramic Wifi App.

        Hello. Is the device in question connected to a 3rd party wifi router or extender? Also, are you getting any error messages in the app? -Allan. Cox Support Forums Moderator.
