Hi Becky, I can tell you I have followed these exact rules per another Cox Support post and they DO NOT WORK.
Look, we pay Cox alot of money for internet that includes email service that we all know now that all of us rely on for daily life, bill payments, doctor notices, bank details and other critical daily functions.
When we are INTERRUPTED CONSTANTLY all day and night with RIDICULOUS amounts of Spam it affects our entire life.
Cox MUST find a PERMANENT SOLUTION and one quickly.
Enough of this "we are aware of the spam problem and are working on it"
