Hi Otarakiwi, open your Inbox and click on the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. From the drop-down menu, click Settings. From the Settings menu, click on Inbox, and then click on Auto Forward. Make sure that the Auto Forward feature is not enabled. Then, click on Filter Rules. Click the blue "Add new rule" button to add a Filter Rule. The Rule name should closely align with the purpose of the rule. Type in a name for the new rule, and then click on the "Add condition" link. The conditions define the type of email you want to filter. If you add more than one condition, be sure to change the "apply" status to "Apply rule if any condition is met." Next, click on the "Add action" link. The actions specify what you want to do with the filtered email. Click the checkbox to "process subsequent rules" and then click Save.
For example, I created a rule to move all emails with the word "enhancement" in the Subject line or Body of an email to the Spam Folder.
• Rule name: Enhancement
• Condition 1: Subject contains Enhancement
• Condition 2: Body contains Enhancement
• Apply rule if any condition is met.
• Actions: File into [select folder] Spam
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
