Node Split_OKC_SN+0_C-14

Got an email saying cox was doing some maintenance to improve the network in my area in a couple of weeks, and that it will take up to four hours to complete. Only one little line at the bottom of the notice gave any indication to what they're doing:

Node Split_OKC_SN+0_C-14

I have lots of problems gaming after 5pm until around 10. Latency, PL, etc. Has been going on for months, but our electric company is running fiber and the conduit is in. Before long I will have another route to go. I did have multiple techs out etc etc, its not my problem with the signal levels or any of that -- it wouldn't just be peak time if it were the case either. The question is, presuming they are doing an N+0 split, what is C-14 in the above? I am guessing it is otherwise: Node Split OKC South, N+0, but no idea what C-14 means?
