No EMail Service - For What I Am Paying

I wanted to re-activate an email and delete an account that was being misused. Come to find out that Cox no longer provides an email service and only keeps the ones in use active. Very disappointing and very inefficient. I have one account with so much spam there is no way it will show inactivity. It's just great to not only find out my fees increasing,  but my services decreasing as well. Looking for COX Alternative now.
