Yes that is correct and no, at the time there was no maintenance. The "partial service" might be nothing. One guy from netgear keeps saying the logs are showing something. Let me refresh the cable diag and I can copy it in
FYI when posting logs make sure to remove the CM-MAC address for privacy reasons. Also, sometimes the anti spam feature of the forum triggers on the repetition of posting logs. If so, upload it to Imgur or justpaste.it.

That combo of errors 16/24 is related to the downstream OFDM channel. See post here for more info. Basically it can(but not always) cause a brief interruption to the service. Are you seeing that problem?

If there have been interruptions, I can't say that they are lengthy or noticeable. I can just say that the router has been blinking that light for probably a month now throughout the day so I have to imagine something is "wrong". I'm a remote worker so I try to address issues as they arise before they interrupt me at critical times (if that makes sense). Does something need to be rectified at my home? Is the router just hyper-sensitive or is there an actual issue that the technicians need to address?
Edit- it looks like that log shows profile ID 0 which should indicate signal drop, but its going between 16 and 24 like every minute when there is a spike and I can't say if there is a loss in signal in that time between issue and correction.. is there a means to get a mod or someone that works for Cox to review this thread? My persistance with addressing this is because I work from home.
