      I used to work with LisaH. She's capable and knowledgeable. She can definitely take care of this issue, it's actually very easy and even though I haven't worked there for over a year, I could probably still do it in ICOMS.

        ICOMS...hahaha..what an ancient program that was. Barley had a UI. I could still quote task codes and OTCs though.
