Hi thanks for your reply. but you did not read my issue. In my first post i wrote I can log in. It is I can get to my email account and also in my inbox thru the web browser. Then I get answer about app setings which has nothing to do with my issue.Then you gave me directions how to log in to the mail.
Maybe I was not clear, becauese english is my second language so I will try again.
My problem is not with any e mail aplications, not in use.
Yes I can now log in to e-mal server to my account, and I can see old e-mail from 2/7 2018 and before and THATS IT. NO NEW E-MAIL after this date in inbox, spam etc. Inbox is not populating with incomings mails. There were no changes made to ANY settings on my machines. After your outage my inbox is dead. I send e-mails from other account like work and also my wife work and my friends sent e-mails to test if I get incoming, nothing NEW in inbox. I am NOT getting mail returns like undeliverable. So they must be going to server but then they magically disappear. So this is not on my end. All same on my 4 mac minis and mac pro and two laptops. Nobody touched any settings on these machines, no kids or pets to mess with settings.
Maybe COX should run beta's before applying changes and not to implement changes before testing, just my2 cents.
So will be waiting for some hints from anybody.
Let me know if I should be more specific and should put more details.
