If your contour boxes are wireless you'll need to keep the Panoramic Wifi Modem. If you have any other Cox services that depend on the Panoramic Wifi Modem, like Home automation or Home security, the Panoramic Wifi Modem is required too. You'll also not want to put the Cox Panoramic Wifi Modem into Bridge Mode as it will disable the dependent services.
