they might be using several devices, like the folks who run multiple fire sticks/etc, then whine that service is slow.
i remember the old days when 20mbps wouldn't even stream live baseball without constant buffering.

Not true. Peacock would work on a 50 Mbps plan. Multiple users, however, would dictate a higher plan no matter what they'd be doing.
20 Mbps could have always streamed a baseball game. It was probably your hardware and software of the "old days."
yes, it does take an ultimate plan for the whole gamut of premium tv + peacock's also thrown in as a freebie!!
maybe but i can recall my son a few years ago with a cheapie 20mbps account, made it impossible to watch live baseball.
