Admittedly, I thought the router and modem were the same machine. :( I was setting up the profiles via my cell app, as well as through the web interface on my laptop.

Hello Sheedog16,
You may utilize the Cox Panoramic WiFi App on a mobile device and setup profiles there. It sounds like this is what you're utilizing? If so, then each profile you may manage and save the settings. In order for the settings to save downtime settings, then you must click Apply in order for the changes to save. If you exit the menu and don't click Apply at the bottom of the App, then the settings will not save. Please check the Cox App again to see if you get this to save after clicking Apply.
Some more information about features available among the Cox Panoramic WiFi App are available here: www.cox.com/residential/support/cox-panoramic-wifi-app-features.html
