My internet has dropped 4 times today!
What is causing this intermittent interruption Cox? When this occurs, my work vpn gets bounced and has to be re-initiated

We can take a look at these intermittent interruptions you're facing. When you have a moment for support, could you send us an email to Cox.Help@cox.com with your name, complete address, and some detail of the issue as well as if it's also happening on multiple devices?
What modem are you using? What are the indicator lights on the modem doing when you lose internet? Do ALL devices drop or just some?
