Moca now disabling on my router daily.

I have had cox for over a year, both internet and cable boxes, and my MOCA is being disabled daily. I have been using MOCA adapters in my house since the wifi doesn't work well.  How can I stop it from being disabled?  I did not get a notice of any kind that this was going to change, so is it a mistake?

    As of Sepember 24, 2020 for all Internet-only Panoramic Wifi customers that feature has been disabled.

      Was that announced somewhere?  Was any notification given out?  Also, I am not an "Internet-only" Panoramic Wifi Customer.  I have Cox internet, and 2 cable boxes with a cable subscription, so it shouldn't apply to me?

        @Burdzy, Is the Moca light on the back of the modem on? This light should be directly above the cable line connection. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator
