MoCA disabled

Starting about an hour ago, the MoCA automatically disabled itself (and it does this twice a day usually, but I can ordinarily go to "Gateway" and enable it manually). This is for the "cable" service on my TV. Now it will not stay "enabled" no matter how many times I try. It keeps automatically kicking back to "disabled." Consequently, the cable TV service I pay so much for every month is unavailable. What is going on, and how do I fix it?

    Just spent about an hour or so with the Cox chat service. Totally useless. They have no idea how their own system works.

    If you have our Contour or Stream Player, the MoCA should not be cutting off. Sounds like you may need to get your modem replaced. You can go into any Cox Solution Store and get it swapped out. You can also send us an email at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address. and we can ship you a replacement.
