MoCA disabled
Starting about an hour ago, the MoCA automatically disabled itself (and it does this twice a day usually, but I can ordinarily go to "Gateway" and enable it manually). This is for the "cable" service...

If you have our Contour or Stream Player, the MoCA should not be cutting off. Sounds like you may need to get your modem replaced. You can go into any Cox Solution Store and get it swapped out. You can also send us an email at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address. and we can ship you a replacement.
