Loyal customers penalize
If I were a new customer, I could get the package I want for $189 a month for 24 months. Should I discontinue my Cox service, try another plan, then come back? It makes no sense.

While we do offer new subscribers discounted rates, these are promotional and are provided for a limited time frame only. These discounts are not meant to be ongoing, permanent rate reductions. Once these promotions expire, the rates revert to the normal monthly rates for both new and established customers.
