FYI: Reset the modem and tried using the same complex password as before. This time, the exclamation point (!) is no longer accepted in the admin password string. Cox must have updated the password requirement recently. Only alphanumeric characters are accepted. I can access the modem via 192.168.100.1 in bridge mode which gets around the pfSense firewall.
