locked out of modem admin

19x.xx... the saved password won't work to get into wifi to change my modem name. how the heck do i get in?

You must be referring to a wireless router and not a modem? Anyways, if you could provide your modem and wireless router brand and model you probably can get this resolved quicker.

    the panoramic modem is also a router.
