What kind of amp do you have? Amps can increase noise as well as signal on the line, which can cause uncorrectables. Your SNR is great, but it could be noise outside of that frequency.

I am truly sorry that you continue to have service trouble. If a new line was put in since the technician was out, it may be necessary to have a technician back out to ensure that everything is still within specification and there are no noise issues.
