Like clockwork every night I have to reset my modem
I’m not sure why but every night I’m not getting signal to my smart TV so I have to reset the modem then when I go and look at my technical support, I don’t even have the modem that they say I do

Is it just the wifi signal that goes down or wired connection too. If just wifi, can you still see your wifi network name in the list? If wired too, does the light(s) on the modem change? Last what model modem/router do you have?
