Large amount of Uncorrected downstream, intermittent service drops
Hello,
I've been running the gigablast tier now for a few months, and while peak speeds are as expected, I do have frequent blips in service. Looking at the modem stats, I seem to have very high levels of both corrected and uncorrected packet data. Resetting the modem does not help, the errors quickly accumulate again. What can I do to improve the quality of the connection?
Modem: MB8600
Connection: Single cable to street pedestal, no splitters
