I'm not able to look up outage information by city or zip code, but I believe I have located your account using your forums login information and am not seeing any detected issues in your area. While we often don't have any details available as to the cause or the work completed to resolve an outage, you would see a notification to let you know when we are aware of trouble by signing into the Cox app or entering your address at https://www.cox.com/outage. You would also see an estimated time of repair if available.
