- BeckyModeratorHi Goldfishphx, are you testing your speeds while connected to a router? Temporarily bypass your router, connect a computer directly to your modem using an ethernet cord, and power cycle the modem. (Unplug the power to the modem, wait a few seconds, and then plug the power back in.) Then, run the Cox Speed Test again and let us know if the results are better, or worse. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

I already mentioned that I did a direct connection to the modem via Ethernet in my original post. I've restarted the modem a few times already and verified SNR, Up/Down stream power and modulation.
I've concluded through the process of elimination that there is nothing out of order on my end.
