Issues with disconnects/latecy to Blizzard World of Warcraft Servers (tracert log below)

Here's my tracert log.  Having serious issues.  Any idea what's causing this? Tracing route to 137.221.105.2 over a maximum of 30 hops 1 1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 10.0.1.1 2 10 ms 7 ms 8 ms 10.4.60.1 ...
