Hi Stewart, this is spam. You can tell without even clicking on the hotlink in the email. Hover your mouse cursor over the "New Universal Terms of Service Activation" hotlink. The web address will display in the bottom left corner of your screen. Links in emails from Cox will almost always point to Cox.com websites. (For example: www.cox.com/.../customer-service-agreement.html.) This hotlink is pointing to madaroprod.com, and a big red warning displays when you try to open the page.
