I spent better of an hour on the "tellie" with a Cox Support person. Didn't gain a thing, more or less a waste of our times.
My beef was about how to delete my "Primary" email address as I was getting some fifteen spam/junk emails daily, and wanted to delete the email address and install a new one. My wife has her email address on the same account, and that is where the problem occurs. I can delete my email but Cox has to delete hers also.
So, the support person suggested that I copy all those spam/junk emails and send them to ...SoparReport@cox.net and there they will take care of them. As of 5:30 pm today, they still (Cox) is letting them ride into my email account.
