Is pop.cox.net out?

Yes I tried to ping pop.cox.net and also the east and west servers pop.east.cox.net  and they all fail.  Support says there are no outages and wanted to walk through basic email troubleshooting.

    Just got this note from Customer Service - "please allow it another 1-2 hours to be fixed".

        Reads like we all need a $$$ tech visit!  If my email workie, 'd get one!
