Is it possible to upgrade modem without renting the panoramic?

      I wouldn’t trust the live chat.   I would either call or email.

      Hi Marty,

      The site is set up to guide you through the process of online chat. Oliver is the virtual assistant. I do not see a way to bypass this feature.
