Hi 1stClassTravel, when running the Cox Speed Test, are you using a device physically connected to your modem with an ethernet cord? Or is your modem connected to a router? Please bypass your router and connect a device directly to the modem. Use a paper clip or toothpick to press the Reboot/Reset button on the back of the modem. After the modem resets, run the Cox Speed Test again and let us know your results. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
