Sorry, ekhawaii, but questions about checking packet loss are something that WiderMouthOpen and Bruce are more qualified to answer.
On the posting an image issue, Cox told me:
"There is currently not a way for our customers in forums to post an image. We do not have a way to process to walk you through doing it. It may be a copy and paste of the image, but we do not give our customers the ability to do this action".
I then asked about users who have reported being able to post a previously created "File" of a screen shot using something like "Snipping Tool" and then selecting "Browse" to drill down into a directory tree to locate and select the file to be posted.
Another Cox Media Support Specialist replied:
"We have reported this so it can be looked into, but for now all users should have the same access. If you are having concerns and would need assistance, we can help you here at any time if needed".
So, obviously, we aren't really seeing what we think we're seeing and users who think they're able to post files containing screen shots aren't really able to do that. 😉
