Hello. I do understand your concern and confusion over why you had to pay a larger fee then your neighbor. I can assure you that we want to make internet installs as convenient and affordable as possible. Circumstances will dictate cost. Most of the time it will work in your favor and other times it may not. It can be very expensive to run lines and create new nodes. The cost for this can fluctuate when services are being requested in areas where there is no internet infrastructure. I know this does not help your situation but I hope we were able to shine some light on the matter.
