I'm in Las Vegas, NV and there's been an outage 5 days in a row now. This is ridiculous! I can't believe I pay so much for internet that goes down at a few times times each month and this month it has been down at least 6 days that I remember. I pay $110 each month and it's preposterous how much you charge for such crappy internet. I work from home and I'm losing money because I can't work when there's an outage. I will be looking for a different internet provider.
Is it a declared outage or are you just offline? If not a outage, what troubleshooting have you tried?

Very odd because I'm also in Vegas and I haven't had any outages for months and I'm on the slowest Internet package. Maybe the slowest package works better than the faster packages 🤣
I’m in AZ and we have had an outage everyday for 22 days straight. Customer service can see the outages in our account, but no idea why. We’ve had 2 techs out to our house and our equipment is fine. So frustrating.
