Internet issues

Nonstop connection issues for over a week now. I have tried multiple times to contact support & no one has came through. I pay over $100 a month for the high speed internet for a 1 bedroom, there is absolutely no reason my internet should have any issues. Ive also tried to change my plan because Cox changed it from $45 to $75 to now $105 in the past 3 years & again, no one can help me. This is ridiculous. I do college from home & I can’t do anything. I also cant switch plans because of my complex. Someone needs to be helping their customers, the amount of complaints is incredible..
