Internet is super unstable last 3 weeks

Speed test result is inconsistent last 3 weeks. Even speed test result shows in good condition, internet keeps dropping. Tried reset Modem few times manually but no improvement. Especially it gets worse when I play online games. WIFI is okay but ethernet connection is totally inconsistent. Should I take the modem to store and replaced?

    Same here.

    This issue started a few days ago.

    When using WI-FI, all is smooth. But ethernet ports just can't load webpages. now I can't use my gaming PC!

    a factory reset didn't do anything.

    What is your firmware version on the modem? mine is CGM4140COM_4.6p9s1_PROD_sey

    I'm assuming some firmware upgrade broke the ethernet ports of the panoramic modem.

    Wireshark capture shows TCP duplicated packets. I just gave up on trying to fix it. using only wi-fi for now, until I change carriers.
