Internet hit/miss last 4 days

Have had outages several times per day for hours at a time; over last 4 days.

phone support said they saw history of outages or reports.

support confirmed recent outages on my node

Cox system or app does not show any active outages; though it should  

I have 0.4 mbps Speedtest; unusable  

the notification text message  feature also doesn’t work, do not even get confirm txt; as it should

App chat support was no help. They did not provide outage info, app help, txt help, nor eta. They just said to wait until it works.

So is this a lack of other calls on my node?

why is service so crummy, all aspects?

  • ATT is also getting ready to do fiber in my hood. So that is beginning to look better. They have a 100mbps $40 service. Cox is $119 for gigablast don’t see options for lower packages 

  • I did regain access. Don’t know if by chance but I left my model unplugged for 20 minutes then it worked fine upon powerup.

    it was not work for 4 hours and resets did not help previously
