Thank you for your reply.
There are no amps or splitters from the wall to the modem or in the main distribution box.
Out of the wall, there is a female to female adapter. Additionally in the main box there is another F2F adapter. These are the same ones that were installed 2 years ago when we had Gigablast installed.

Thank you for your suggestion.
Currently, we only have 1 cable output. It was wired this way to limit the possibility of having other lines to cause interference.
We scheduled an appointment for a technician last Tuesday. Unfortunately, the wait was about a week. That is why I posted in here, I wanted to try and understand the modem readings and have more information for when the technician finally arrived.We still have our appointment pending, so if there is any further information it is greatly appreciated.
- Allan5 years agoModerator@Sans, The modem is reporting good signal levels, however, it is still showing time out errors. Since we have no other cable line to try, I recommend waiting for the tech so that the tech can assist you in resolving this issue. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
