I am sorry that you are having trouble with your service. We would like to help. from the logs you have provided it appear that you are having packet loss and your modem is detecting related errors. There are numerous things that can cause this type of problem. Although the modem can cause this type if issue the most common cause a loose or damaged connector or cable near your modem. If you have not done so already please check the coax cable that comes from the modem and make sure it is tight and secure.
