internet has been down for 2 days now, updates show no time frame just working on it, this is ridiculous for the amount of money I pay for services. WHEN will this issue be resolved

I checked your connection from this end and any outages that may have been appear to have since been resolved and the modem is online. Are you still experiencing any problems connecting?
