Internet disconnects

My internet disconnects while in game more so when both me and my roomate are on it. How can I fix this problem

    Try another service in your area. I'm planning to, if the repair guy can't fix the problem.

    I'm sorry to hear that's been happening. To better assist, we'll need additional information. What is your setup for internet and gaming? Is this happening more around certain hours? What speeds are you subscribed to and what upload/download and ping are you actually seeing?
