@Dusk883 The modem is reporting some time out errors. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

Allan, I have similar problems and cox did install a signal amp and splitter in my basement 15 years ago. Could they have gone bad?
- ChrisL5 years agoFormer ModeratorLike any other component those can certainly fail. Without the correct cable signal diagnostic equipment that can be difficult to check however I would check if possible to see if that device is still getting power. That happens quite often and the only indication of such would be poor cable service issues.
