Intermittent connectivity

I have had cox 4 painful years. I have had 4-5 technicians come out since February of 2024. Hoping for a resolution for intermittent connectivity. This has been a long going issue that technicians can’t seem to resolve. The call center can “see” the issue but the technicians they send are clueless and don’t spend the time to resolve. Speeds are great but in conjunction with the WiFi app I can see that speeds dip below 720 and that kicks us off of most devices even home computer. Forget watching live tv or enjoying a movie hard wire connected OR WiFi. This struggle is worse than a dial up connection and wish and hope someone is capable of solving this issue.
