The time between Christmas and New Years eve is usually pretty quiet around here. Welcome to the forum.
Yahoo Mail has a Mark as spam option to "Flag an email as spam to help train the filter." That's similar to Webmail. But, unlike Webmail where Not spam only sends the current email in Spam to Inbox but doesn't affect future email from the sender, the Yahoo Mail option appears to bypass Spam filtering for future email from the selected sender.
- Click Not spam to move the message into your inbox, and future messages from this sender will be delivered to the inbox.

I understand Yahoo uses a spam filter like most email providers and it can't be disabled. My point was how that filter works and what domains it blocks will probably be different. It may not fix the problem, but it will probably change the degree it happens and to which email. However the proof is in the pudding so I guess we will have to wait and see.
