i think im having packet loss in a game on pc?

im playing this game on pc called riders republic and am having trouble with staying connected to the session in a mass race my match making on free for all and tricks battle is ok, any1 else have this problem that can help me? thanks.i have contacted ubisoft they told me to contact my isp, i want too see if i can get help here before i contact cox
