I know how much time it takes when you get equipment to get everything back online. I'd like to help. When you got your new modem, make sure you change the network name and password from the assigned default network name and password. Please make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Cox Panoramic App. Please try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling the app. Hopefully, that fixes the missing button, if by chance that it does not, look at your setting on the new phone to find a smaller font so that all of the writing fits the page. You will have to find the new network name and password on all of your wireless devices to get them back online.
