i canot log in as it hads me attached to an old account so when i try to see my bill it wont let me. Can you fix this,.

when i log in it has me as a secondary user and i cannot see my account details. Can you fix thids.

    The primary user ID cannot be changed if you're added as an authorized user to the account then you sound be able to see the bill when logging in. Please email your full-service address, full name, and a link to this thread cox.help@cox.com so we can take a closer look.
