I completely understand wanting to have the most updated firmware on your modem. I'd like to help. Once approve the firmware update we will automatically push out the update to the modem.

Thank you for the reply, but I just realized I misread -- my firmware is actually newer (V1.02.01 vs. V1.01.29). Please disregard this.
