How do I create a GUEST SSID on a Panoramic Router? I am wanting to add one, but don't see a place to do it.

Your Panoramic Router may not support multiple networks. What's its make/model? If your Panoramic doesn't support multiple networks, you'll need to connect another router to your LAN that does support a Guest network.
Also, if you're savvy, you can replace the "stock" firmware on your Panoramic Router with DD-WRT. Search DD-WRT on Wikipedia for an overview. Then again, if you're renting this router from Cox, you may not be able to replace its firmware.
