Hotspot not connecting to internet
The WiFi hotspot I’ve been using in my apartment is available but saying no internet connection, we’ve been using it fine for awhile now, please help

My daughter is having the same issue while away at a residential area. She had no problems at first not with the login prompt or anything now none of her devices will connect
@Gracie66, Is your daughter getting any error messages when trying to connect? Also, is she able to access any other hotspots? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
