Horrible internet

We’ve struggled with cox for 1.5 years and the past month has only gotten worse. Our neighbors all complain and many have switched to Verizon or Tmobile for better service.  I can’t seem to elevate our issues as everything online automated. Who can I reach out to?

    Call Cox tech support, and request escalation to CAG. They will be able to help you!
