Home internet

Why does the home wifi constantly go down with a network issue & always saying “intermediate service interruptions in the area” when there’s nothing going on in the area. Not a drop of rain, storm, power outage, large festival nothing. Cox needs to fix this issue cause this getting annoying at this point. That or start refunding the monthly bill every time the home wifi just drops & goes out of service repeatedly for no reason at all.

    I have the exact same issue, have replaced my modem twice now with the same issue happening.. I lose service 15-20 times easily every day. Tech has came out with no help at all saying no issues. Refunds need to be made when I can’t even use my service!
